Cross Training

The Cross Training Classes at Coop’s cover a wide range of functional fitness movements at a high intensity. The workouts are always changing and might not be done again for months or even a year. We primarily practice functional movements which are exercises that mimic or simulate things you do in everyday life. Movements include lifting weights off of the floor, pressing overhead, running, and various other full body movements. The main key element in this class is intensity while not sacrificing form. The movements change but we go hard every time. This class can accommodate all skill levels and is scaled down or up accordingly.

Olympic Weight Lifting

In the Ollie class offered by Coop’s our main objective is technique and form. We work on a competition setting. Ollie lifts can be extremely complicated if done incorrectly, so everyone starts with a PVC pipe until their form is perfected. This helps avoid injury to the beginner.

Yoga

For centuries, Yoga has aided in the mind and body balance of those who practice it. Here at Coop’s we believe in overall health of the individual. The movements we practice stretch your body and aid in the elasticity and strength of your muscles. Yoga prevents injury and helps your body by using active recovery. The movements practiced help improve your form with other areas of fitness. You do not have to be a member to participate in Yoga. Everyone is welcome. Non – members is only $10.

Boot Camp

This class at Coop’s is designed for members that want to focus more on weight loss and muscle tone. Every class covers full body exercises, through high intensity interval training, that are sure to make you sweat!

Mobility Class

– Mobility is in essential component in muscle growth, flexibility, recovery, and prevents injury. Every single class offered at Coops has a mobility portion, however the Mobility Class specializes, in depth, on various ways to stretch. This is a very important tool to have for at home stretching, before and after a workout.
