100 Push Press with bar (45/35#)

100 Front Squats with bar (45/35#)

100 Kettle Bell Swings

*Both athletes do not perform the movements at the same time, you must break up the reps and the total adds up to 100, however both athletes do need to do the run at the same time. You can not go into the next movement until both athletes complete the run.
